I highly recommend you use at least XP for your OS. Windows98 is a pain in the *** to get the drivers for and if you don't know how the drivers seem impossible to install.

Well, first off you are not supposed to download music for free. (Just getting the legal jargan outta the way.)

A simple way is to use Audacity or Wavepad and record the audio going through your computer while you watch your video....In audacity select stereo mix at the top next to the record button and record while playing you video with volume on....Any questions then contact me...
