You could get rid of this icon by going into the Special Features of your Main Menu DVD and turn off that feature. Some new DVD players will keep it on when you insert your next DVD in.
This has happened to me before so I'm pretty sure you should be able to resolve this delema.New and used mac laptop, Computers Networking on eBay USA.
Movie Maker pretty much only accepts .avi files. I had this problem because my camera recorded in quicktime and it wouldn't show up in wmm. All you have to do is look to see what your file type is which can be done by just letting your mouse sit over the file's icon where it'll say something like Type: QuickTime. Then do a search for a converter that takes your file type and turn it into .avi on google and one will come up right away.
I personally recomend the Replay Converter free trial. It converts almost anything into anything you want. The Nidesoft Video Converter is handy also but not as simple. Question about new videos on youtube discussion about take part in.
however, before converting it, first, open up to that folder, and underneath the open file thing, there should be a drop-down menu...select all files and the file should show up...then open the file and it will tell you whether the file is compatible with moviemaker
personally that's what i hate about windows...nothing good ever works on it
When watching some DVDs a small movie camera appears on the screen. During some movies it goes away on its own, others it stays there through the whole movie.
First, why is it there?
Second, how can I get rid of it on the movies that it stays through the whole movie?
That could mean a number of things...
A. It means that there is another angle that the DVD is allowing you to see when that icon pops up.
B. It could also stand for a special feature clip that is attached to that specific scene.
