How do you paste the elouai doll to the Paint icon on windows?

I have an english assignment we have to do which is due in 2 days. I upload the videos onto my computer but i get this error message:
cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.
What should i do?

i dont know if this helps... if you are using an older version of windows movie maker, update it. also make sure that the video you are using is a valid video file (.avg, .mpeg, etc...)
On youtube it says the windows movie maker is not formatted to be compatible with online use. But it says I need to format it so it can be uploaded.
You need to convert the videos made by Windows Movie Maker to the video file format that youtube supports, such as FLV, AVI, WMV. So you need a video converter.
Well, I personally use WinX Video Converter. I only want to say I love to create videos by Windows Movie Maker, too. Then I use WinX Video Converter to convert those videos and finally put them to youtube. That's all. Fast and easy to operate.

the price is the main difference! otherwise there is not much.You need a copy of your old OS on cd (XP etc) as the upgrade will ask for it when installing.
