What is the correct way to reinstall Windows vista?

Windows 7 switches desktop backgrounds at set intervals, and I have a tweak to make Windows 7 also support Dreamscenes (Since they took it out) but Windows 7 won't switch the dreamscenes like it does regular pictures. Anyone know how?

I send a video message from my phone to the computer and windows movie maker doesn't support the file 3g2 so how do i change the file type into one that windows movie maker DOES support? Please helpp.

I myself have vista and no problems but someone else may not find vista suitable. The software that they each run is one of the major differences most people would run into. Windows 98 is a much older system. Vista is the newest.Pavtube iPod video converter, can convert AVI, MPEG, WMV, MOV, etc to Apple iPod video.
I have that problem too. It's really annoying. The iTunes music is meant only to work with Apple products, so unless you have a program that will convert the file, you can't use it. CDs work, but I usually find the song on YouTube, then go to listentoyoutube.com. You paste the YouTube link in and then can download the audio for free. You can use that file with Windows Movie Maker just fine. I've been using this site for several months and haven't had any problems as far as viruses or anything like that.
