How do you export your project playlist to your Windows Media Player?

I'm trying to export my project play list to my Windows Media Player but everytime I click the import button and my Windows Media Player pops up it says "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is located on the Internet, connect to the Internet. If the file is located a removable storage card, insert the storage card." Anyone know how to export it??? I need the help.

Nothing I do that to my computer all the time because i'm too lazy to properly shut it down.
It's happen to me in the past when it comes back on it should ask you if you want to start up your computer normal click on yes normal I also have Windows and found out it can't do any harm to it.
