When you install any Windows operating systems you have to keep in mind that the drivers installed by Windows are not all manufacturer drivers. Most drivers are from Microsoft and don't work as efficient as a manufacturer version.

Your motherboard has chips that need drivers. It is best to go to the motherboard's manufacturer web site and get the drivers from them. The mobo's web site should have the drivers for all the components on the board including the integrated sound card, integrated video card . If you have any adaptor cards then go to their manufactures web site and get the drivers there. Your monitor will also need a driver from it's manufacturer's web site as the printer and all othe devices attached to your computer.
