I recently donwloaded a movie/video that was a FLV file, and I was wondering if I needed to download any software to view it. By the way- after it finished downloading,flv to mp4 it said that the computer needed to restart for download flv software to take place so do I just do that or do I need a certain program to view it with?
I also want to know if I should convert it to get it to playflv to mp3 on my phone? Or should it be able to play those files?
