I'm looking for a program that lets you record a film and then turn all the frames into individul pictures. So that I can edit each frame and then put the video back together and watch it. Thanks alot for your help.
yes, use windows movie maker, its really easy to use, and ITS FREE!!!!. just click on your start button, go to your c drive, programs, and see if its there in the list. but you should have it. good luck!
i opened a movie torrent with utorrent and it turned them into .mkv files, but i don't know what to do next help pleaseWhen you finish the movie, then you select the finish movie and save it to the computer. This automatically saves it as wmv.
To get the Finish Movie menu, click TASKS on the top Tool bar.
If this section is greyed out, then you have to edit the movie, to activate it. The finish movie applies to what's in the timeline.
